The EMS Collection ("we," "us") is a brand operated by Woven on the Plains, based in Auburn, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect when you use theemscollection.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We don't sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Order & contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, so we can produce and ship your order and contact you about it.
• Account information — if you create an account to save designs, we store your email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Your designs & uploads — badge designs and any artwork/logos you upload, so we can produce your order and let you reload saved designs.
• Basic technical data — a session identifier (cookie) to keep your cart and designs together during your visit.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Shopify on its secure checkout (see below).

Payments & checkout

When you check out, you are taken to a secure checkout hosted by Shopify and operated by our parent store, Woven on the Plains. Your card and billing information are entered on, and handled by, Shopify — not by this website. Shopify's handling of that data is governed by Shopify's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To create, produce, review, and ship your custom badge orders.
• To respond to your messages and provide customer support.
• To let you save and reload designs in your account.
• To send order-related emails (confirmations, updates, replies).

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to fulfill your order: Shopify (checkout and payment processing), shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and email delivery (for order/support messages). We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or close your account, by emailing us. We retain order records as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
