Most orders are produced and shipped from Auburn, Alabama within 2–4 business days. Complex or custom artwork may take an additional day for review and cleanup. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Shipping rates and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Because every badge is custom-made to your design, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or for design choices once an order has gone into production. Please review your live preview (your proof) carefully before ordering.
That said, we stand behind our work: if your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the proof you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair, remake, or refund it at our discretion. We review every order before production specifically to avoid problems.
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before an order enters production. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
