Our badges are custom, made-to-order products produced from the design you submit. Please review your design and the live preview carefully before ordering — the preview is your proof. Every order is reviewed by a person before production; if your artwork needs cleanup for clean engraving, we'll handle it and reach out if we have questions.
If you upload a logo, image, or text, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that your design does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights, and is not intended to impersonate any official agency, department, or credential. You keep ownership of artwork you upload; you grant us permission to use it solely to produce and ship your order. We may decline orders that appear to infringe rights or misrepresent an official identity.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we do not handle or store your card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
