If your agency or program has a logo or patch design you want included, upload it directly in the designer. Our artwork conversion tool processes common file formats and maps the image to the engraving field. If the file you upload has fine detail that would not translate cleanly to laser engraving — thin hairlines, gradients, or very small text — our team will reach out after your order is placed and rework the artwork before anything goes to the laser. You do not need to prepare a special vector file; we take care of the conversion.

What to Expect: Common Questions from Flight Nurses

Can I include multiple credentials? Yes. Most flight nurses list two to four certifications. My agency logo is only available as a low-resolution PNG. Will that work? Upload what you have. Our artwork conversion tool can work with most common raster formats. If the file you send is too low-resolution to engrave cleanly, our team will contact you before production.
